By accessing and submitting information to the STRADALE waitlist (“Waitlist”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and STRADALE (“we,” “us,” or “our”), registered and operating under the laws of the Republic of Cyprus.

2. Waitlist Participation

2.1. The Waitlist is an expression of interest only and does not guarantee membership.

2.2. Submission to the Waitlist does not create any binding obligation for either party.

2.3. Position on the Waitlist does not guarantee priority in membership allocation.

2.4. We reserve the right to close, modify, or terminate the Waitlist at any time.
