Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and submitting information to the STRADALE waitlist (“Waitlist”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and STRADALE (“we,” “us,” or “our”), registered and operating under the laws of the Republic of Cyprus.

2. Waitlist Participation

2.1. The Waitlist is an expression of interest only and does not guarantee membership.

2.2. Submission to the Waitlist does not create any binding obligation for either party.

2.3. Position on the Waitlist does not guarantee priority in membership allocation.

2.4. We reserve the right to close, modify, or terminate the Waitlist at any time.

3. Data Collection and Privacy

3.1. Data Processing Compliance

• All personal data is processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (“GDPR”)
• We comply with the Cyprus Law providing for the Protection of Natural Persons with regard to the Processing of Personal Data and for the Free Movement of such Data of 2018 (Law 125(I)/2018)

3.2. Legal Basis for Processing

• We process your personal data based on your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR)
• Processing is necessary for the performance of a contract or to take steps at your request before entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR)

3.3. Your Data Protection Rights

Under the GDPR, you have the following rights:

• Right to access (Article 15 GDPR)
• Right to rectification (Article 16 GDPR)
• Right to erasure (Article 17 GDPR)
• Right to restrict processing (Article 18 GDPR)
• Right to data portability (Article 20 GDPR)

3.4. Data Collection Scope

We collect and process:

• Name
• Email address
• Any additional information voluntarily provided

3.5. Data Usage

We will use your information to:

• Communicate updates about STRADALE
• Process your Waitlist registration
• Notify you of membership opportunities
• Send relevant marketing communications

3.6. Data Retention

We retain your personal data only for as long as necessary for the purposes set out in these Terms, and in accordance with Article 5(1)(e) of the GDPR.

4. Modifications to Terms

4.1. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time.

4.2. Continued use of the Waitlist following any changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

4.3. Material changes to data processing will require renewed consent in accordance with GDPR requirements.

5. Limitation of Liability

5.1. STRADALE shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your participation in the Waitlist.

5.2. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for:

• Death or personal injury caused by our negligence
• Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation
• Any matter in respect of which it would be unlawful for us to exclude or restrict liability

6. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

6.1. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Cyprus.

6.2. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Cyprus courts.

6.3. For EU data protection matters, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Cyprus Commissioner for Personal Data Protection or your local supervisory authority.
